For more than two decades, I've had the privilege of sitting with people during some of the most important moments of their lives.
I've listened to stories of family conflict, relationship struggles, workplace challenges, heartbreak, uncertainty, and difficult decisions.
Different people.
Different circumstances.
Different lives.
Yet over time, I noticed something surprisingly consistent.
Most people weren't struggling because they lacked intelligence.
They weren't struggling because they didn't care.
They weren't struggling because they were unwilling to communicate.
They were struggling because they were trying to make sense of their lives from an incomplete picture.
We all have blind spots.
We all see the world through our own experiences, assumptions, emotions, and perspectives.
Sometimes, the smallest shift in perspective changes everything.
That realization became the foundation for The Missing Perspective™—a framework designed to help people think more clearly, understand one another more deeply, and navigate life's most important relationships and decisions with greater wisdom, confidence, and compassion.
